Unable to create tickets anymore??

This just says it all its impossible to create world of warcraft ticket anymore, I cant even find a livechat box anymore,

There is no support no more?

I just had a support ticket in on the website yesterday, response within the hour.

If you're seeing what I saw last weekend, clicking the "Submit Ticket" button turns it yellow but it never actually opens the ticket editor where you type in your problem and etc. This was using the in-game help menus.

I opened a ticket about 18 hours ago and had the request completed about 9 hours ago. I opened the ticket via the in game help as well.

Yeah i tried to do the same but every option i tried it would allow me to open a webticket its very strange.

The day after I tried to find out to transfer a toon to another realm the old option used to be go to management setting and then transfer via that, again couldnt find it. After 40minutes of trying I went into the game in the character screen and bought from the shop in the character screen. I wish they say things like that ffs

yep but what u need to do is actually go into worldofwarcraft go to your character screen before u log in to that toon and go to the shop
and buy it from there

yes but when i click on it was going only to guild transfer and not character transfers I was only looking for a character transfer and it wasnt giving me an option

If anyone is having an issue using Blizzard's site, then you should really be asking for assistance on Blizzard's own forum because they're much more likely to have a solution than the random group of players who reside here.
