Where to World PVP?

I was going to start a fresh on the Chamber of Aspects, PVE server.

But I want to do some world PVP. Would I better off picking a PVP server, or are the MOP expansion areas all PVP enabled?

If you want a balanced pvp server try

Ragnaros - English speaking
Blackmoore - German Speaking

Otherwise you're going to end up on a server with illidan US type balance.
