I was going to start a fresh on the Chamber of Aspects, PVE server.
But I want to do some world PVP. Would I better off picking a PVP server, or are the MOP expansion areas all PVP enabled?

You need to pick pvp then.

If you want a balanced pvp server try
Ragnaros - English speaking
Blackmoore - German Speaking
Otherwise you're going to end up on a server with illidan US type balance.

EU server, cheers. So Ragnaros I guess, assuming you're suggesting that's EU

well don't come to my server on the EU its a little over the top on ally
