It basically scans pixels to detect the location of the master, and then automatically broadcasts movement keys to all followers. It doesn't read or write to WoW memory, but it is still a bot and definitely not allowed.

And like Jabberwock said, he has probably only been reported for multiboxing, and not for the bannable offense.
