mouse clicks randomly stops working in Keyclone Version K

I am using KC version K on 2 pcs and randomly, mouse clicks will stop working. When this happens, it is on both PC's and it is not limited to clicking action bar items...for example, I could turn in a quest because I could not select a reward. When this happens, only fix I know is to minimize, close KC and then restart. Pausing does not work. As soon as KC is closed, mouse starts clicking again. The only setup I have done on either kC is to add a white list of keys. I tried re-installing KC, but did not help.

Any ideas? Thanks!

I have the exact same problem. My brother (who also MB's) has it too, but limited to one mousebutton, the rest works fine. I can do like 10-100 clicks, then it just stops working for no apparent reason. There are several threads on the subject in here I think. No fix has been found yet.
