After a bit of gear I was able to do both groups Heroic Mechanar, Slave Pen and Rampart. I didn't find the motivation to attempt other Heroics in terms of must have epics. Of course there are Heroics that were difficult to do given that a few non-Heroic instances were impossible to do let alone steroid packed version.
