At what point are you rerolling your resto shaman?

Its not needed at all, i have done every heroic out there, without a resto shaman.
In fact, I believe that loss of elemental would make them harder, I'm geared to the point now that I can usually kill a boss with zero to maybe 1 heals on me(of course not all bosses, but some).
My girls had been same spec for months now

Your tank is in heavy raid gear. You are severely outgearing Heroics. Your group formula is not going to work for most people here. Please don't misslead other was these kinds of posts.

Except i dinged 70 on 3 shamans and pally 4 weeks ago, and started doing heroic with pally having 11.7k hp and 487 defense, shamans had less then 400 spl damage. Started with sp/bot/mana tombs/ub, and did them just fine, i also opted in for every kara my guild did, and some pug gruul/mag, getting badges and gearing them up.
I was getting on average 12 badges a day, while my pally is raid geared right now, in my guild to run alt bt/hyjal you need gear, without at least all badge gear You wont be accepted into the run.

Being able to do them and "I can usually kill a boss with zero to maybe 1 heals on me(of course not all bosses, but some)" are two completely different things. Your initial post was misleading and not relevant to the subject and I am raising the bullshit flag.

I raise a prick flag. So Fur 4 shaman and 1 paladin isn't a good group formula?

I would also like to say that you "can usually kill bosses with zero heals" with 5 elemental shamen. Not every boss is going to be like this. When I am having problems with bosses I generally think well how can I raise my dps not cut it by 1/5th by having a toon heal.

My answer was - never. You can raise as many bullshit flags as You want.

Actually my tactics in heroics is very similar now, burn the boss before it kills my pally, i pop everything at the start and burn, sometimes i have to get one heal out, sometimes i don't, there is few bosses that are exception(1 boss in mt, or 2nd boss in mgt for example). trash pulls usually look like this: Avenger Shield + shamans burn 1 target while hes coming to me, then i tank w/e left, and burn, by 2nd consecration i can do cl without pulling, but usually everything is dead by that time, again 0-1 heals. Everyone gets gear at one point and first poster did not specify what gear he has. These are the days of easy epics, its not hard to get geared, pally in full badge+shamans in full badge can easily do that.

I haven't respecced any of my shammies to resto,
it works fine as it is now imo.

Sure I have some deaths on heroic trash,
that's mainly because either:
-I'm to lazy to start kiting... eehr.. trying to take it like a man
-I messed up a global cooldown and my stoneclaw fail to drop in between casts
-my cat wants attention and starts blocking my view/keys

Synchronised lesser healing waves work well enough for me,
there's never the problem that your healer got feared out of los, or is oom.

I've never had any of my shamans resto and it works fine. :P

I respecced for my 1st few heroics runs, but actually found it tougher due to the loss in DPS. Now I just keep the shammies elemental, and switch the "healer" one to heal gear for particular bosses that hit hard.
