Boxing Deathkights?

Hallo gang! I've been totally off wow for a couple months now. I came back initially with the intent of trying some twink pvp, though it didn't take long to gravitate back to boxin'
Looking ahead to the 'hero' class, I tried searching for peoples opinions on DK boxing viability: couldn't find anything specific.
Anyone have any thoughts on them yet? Initially I thought since I liked my 4x pally squad DK would be similar. But then i noticed they're auras are like for self only? Or maybe its not a big deal, idk.

I started multi-boxing deathknights on the beta server tonight. I can definitely see alot of possibility for synergy here. One thing of note is that some abilities scale with the number of diseases on a target, so not only is your multiple strikes doing 4x damage or what have you, each individual is doing more than they would have with their own diseases on the target, so it's more like 6x the damage or so from 4 guys.

There are some party buffs that they provide, like through blood talents for instance. I've get to test if they stack with eachother. I'll let you know what I find.

I have a question about DK's Multi-boxing.

Are they going to be friendly for melee'ers with the death grip abilitiy.

I was thinking if a DK pull something to it and all melee are in range it would save a lot of the whole melee running and being OOR ect.

How does it look?

Death Grip is perfect for bringing a mob right where you need it for your guys to all dps it. The problem is the cooldown on the ability, so when grinding mobs you could use it every 3-4 mobs.

Found this yesterday.. 5 DKs doing ramps frost/4 blood.. they pretty much self heal themselves.

was thinking about this the other day, and with 5 DK you could have your clones do the gripping so that it's in melee range for them and then u just have to turn ur main a little rather then walk and turn

Yep. With 5 you could have a nice rotation going on which one uses Death Grip each time, as long as you are willing to make small adjustments in position/facing. Shouldn't be a big deal.

This is inspiring! I hope I can get a full 5-box going. I'm stuck with just 2 for now.

I was thinking of using a DK to sub into my 5 shaman team when I really needed a tank. I really wanted a pali, but I despise blood elves and refuse to roll one.

How do you think that's going to work out based on what you have seen so far?
