    I started multi-boxing deathknights on the beta server tonight. I can definitely see alot of possibility for synergy here. One thing of note is that some abilities scale with the number of diseases on a target, so not only is your multiple strikes doing 4x damage or what have you, each individual is doing more than they would have with their own diseases on the target, so it's more like 6x the damage or so from 4 guys.

    There are some party buffs that they provide, like through blood talents for instance. I've get to test if they stack with eachother. I'll let you know what I find.
    I want to know how does one get a beta key, let alone multi-beta keys!

    It's possible, but also difficult. Most of the abilities are melee range, but you do get some that have a small range. With 5 dk's, you'll almost always have a death grip up with a castsequence macro. It's useful for runners or casters (as it also interrupts spellcasting when you pull them,) but I ended up just using the normal melee boxing tactic of running the main through the mob and turning around so the followers are hitting from behind. I didn't play the group very far, I just don't like boxing with more than 1 melee character.

    Spec doesn't matter too much, I haven't gotten very far but all 5 with blood seems ideal since that's the best way to get half-decent healing. Your 'tank' will be in frost presence so won't need blood aura, but the other blood talents are sill useful for the small healing (rune tap, scent of blood, etc.) It really just seems like a novelty thing, with weak healing and lots of melee-range facing issues.

    He lives in Irvine,CA thus where Blizzard is located. He either a) works for blizz b) has friends or family that work for blizz. Simple math ^^

    and if the answer is a) I wouldn't expect an answer else the WoW general forums get washed away in a flood of QQ tear like they did when Furor and Tigole were still posting on EJ and FoH forums.

    I know a lot of MB'ers probably like the idea of mass stacking plagues ect.

    However I'd much rather just use 5 different classes to melee.

    I'd rather Death grip something in and stun lock it with a rogue while Mortal striking with a warrior and having totem buffs, battle shout, BoMight ect.

    Melee is not impossible it's just not as friendly atm and I'd like to know more about melee.

    On that note anyone ever try a warrior/rogue combo? I was wondering how you would do the charge thing while still using stealth. I would almost think a DB'er would need something like SS just to not get lost.

    I think that's a good point. Not to mention expose weakness and sunders too.
    Hopefully with 5 melee you will kill something so fast you won't need to sunder/expose (I'm thinking PvP here). Although if you Death Grip something it would be a pain to charge it with your warrior being so close :P.

    I'm thinking like, battle shout, BoMight, lay totems down WF/Str,Agi, maybe 5Crit from druid. Pop 5 + AP trinkets, pop w/e else to help kill faster Recklessness, Adrenline Rush, DK's Hysteria, SoC, Rogue in stealth with Imp KS lol.

    Get all that shit ready then from 30yd's pull shit into it and proceed to drop players with a big combo of stun locking (CS,KS) with Mortal strikes, Bloodstrikes, Crusader Strikes/SoC judges, Mangle/Shreds, Stormstrikes/Shocks W/E your using. Whole time there stunned, if they trinket just use your paladin and HoJ.

    I think that shit would be so funny to watch. I could see people whining and complaining lol..... just thinking about it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

    He he they revamped Ebon hold in the patch last night... much better and the DK quests are truly great (except the cannon one.... had to ask how to fire it! then dies 3 times ) It was a lot of fun blowing up all those SC soldiers though
