I really hope they never get rid of the beast immunity to Sap. A single rogue can keep a boxing team from doing anything. Sap one, wait till it wears off, sap the next. Fire nova totems don't have the radius to keep them from sapping.

Even if you find the rogue... CoS, vanish. Then you spend the next 5 minutes hunting them down for sapping you. 1 > 5 in this case.
Anything with a skull and a brain will be able to be sapped in WotLK.
