outside of moving the rig, the rest would be normal... in which case, you'd never want to go anyhow
as for the economy, you mean walmart offshoring everything doesn't help? why not? that's what we were all told in the 90s?!
oh yea.. it's the gas price that's the problem... not the deflating job market putting downward pressure on wages
gas prices == temporary political game to wrangle voters.
losing jobs to offshore manufacturing/development == gone forever while creating our own competition (brilliant!)
