trying to get started

I heard somewhere down the line that keyclone is free to use, My problem is that without paying for a license when i click setup i only get the 3 commands; About, Language, and Proxy settings.

I downloaded keyclone from the link at the top of this page.

Is there a way to get a free license or did i miss hear about it being free.
