Amen, Comcast is probably the worst company I've ever had to come in contact with as a customer.

Customer service, actual internet performance, reliability/technical knowledge of techs, etc. You name it and they have screwed me over with it, likely more than once.

Sadly, the place where I live now (i'm in an unincorporated area b/w two ATL bedroom communities) has no internet provider beyond Comcast (except for Hughes satellite = too much $$$, crappy internet), so I'm stuck with the devil for now. Hopefully AT&T will get u-verse out this way sometime over the next 12-18 months.

I think i'd sell my left kidney to get some FiOS in the area...too bad the entrenched cable monopolies make it impossible for Verizon (or any other potential competitors for that matter) to ever really attempt a build out here.
