PVP gear for shamans

Is there any sort of logical progression for what PVP gear you should get for shamans? I hate PVP, but I want to get some PVP gear so I can at least have some resil for farming/dailies, and to help out on my just for fun 5v5 team I'm doing with a couple friends. So I was looking at what takes the least effort, but gives the most reward. There's probably already a related thread, but "PVP gear" gets a lot of search hits.

Gloves and helm you can get with AV tokens, I suggest go for those first for armor. Also you will probably want to get the S2 weapon as soon as you can.

After that just see what gives the biggest upgrades.

Shoulders (arena)
Helm (BG)
Legs (arena)
Weapon (BG)
Gloves (BG)
Chest (arena)
