A couple of questions regarding transferring characters to a new account . . . (all based on transferring from account #1 (BC) to account #2 (vanilla WoW)

  1. I guess I can't move a level 70 to a non BC WoW Account (no brainer really)
  2. Can I move a toon who's quested through Ghostlands to a non BC account?
  3. Can I move a Belf to a non BC account?
if anyone can confirm the 2nd two that would be awesome
