My server (emerald dream US Alliance RP PVP) has this non guild affiliated raiding organized group. It's quite cool. In game it is nothing more than a chat channel, but they have a website and they schedule regular raids in KZ ZA SSC Gruul and Mag. On top of that, it's grown in such popularity that it's become a way better "LFG" channel because most of these players are more serious than the mongoloids that use LFG. It's also a great way to remain in a guild, but still go on regular raids with other people who know how to play, rather than PUGging. When i get 5 70s I will be hittin them up for spots
