On my main account i got 5 70's in fairly good pvp gear. 1 holy paladin, 1 resto druid,1 arms warrior,1 aff warlock and a shadowstep rogue.
I'm a 5 boxer and sort of had the same problem, Account 1 was my main account that had all my toons a couple 70 and some 30 alts. When i bought my other 4 accounts i tansfer my lvl 30 pally to another account (this account is my tanking account). I made a sham on the other 4 accounts (so 1 sham was on my main account with the 70s). Got the sham to 15 (lvl 1-10 questing and 11-15 doing RFC), the pally couldn't solo pull the instance so the sham had to help and took like 30 minutes per clear and wasn't getting too much xp. So i thought i will just power lvl my pally and have him go back and power lvl the sham. So i power lvl the pally for 2 lvls and i thought that i am wasting 3 open spots in power lvling so i created a new team (2 locks and a priest). From 1-32 i power lvl the teams with my rogue (best geared out of the other 70s, PvP spec and geared like yourself). At 32 i had my pally join. When i got them to 40 i was thinking that i will have to do this all over again and my sham team is capped on rested xp so i transfer 1 sham to the tank account and started power lvling them. So I was playing with rest for each team. Took about a month to get both teams to 52. Now that my shams are 57, i transfered (yesterday) my sham back to the original account so now i am lvling my 4 x sham and pally at once. The other team is 57 so when there rest is capped i will either rush them with the rogue in scholo or do hellfire instance with the pally.

So in short i would say get another account, transfer the sham that is on the main account to the new account. You should be able to rush them to 63 in a month or 2 for free (the first month of the new account is free and if you do a refer a friend you get a month free when that new account pays for at least a month). After the team is done power lvling then you can drop the account, well make it inactive, and who knows maybe you will want to 5 box down the road and now you don't have to buy a account.

I was able to power lvl 2 teams to 52 in a month only playing like an average 2.5 hours a day. That is using my PvP spec and geared rogue (might be faster if i was PvE spec, but the PvP gear helps a ton).

Edit: Cost:
It will cost you $90 for you to do it this way. 2 x $25 per transfer (to and from new account), $20 WOW CD, and $20 BC CD. I think it is worth it, for the amount of time you will save. Money is tight for me but the $50 in transfer cost was so worth it for me.
