Hey there,

I've been lurking on this forum for a while now, and want to thank everyone for their contributions. Here's my story and questions:

I took a paladin to 70 on my single account. I had a warrior twinked at 39, but the 39s were getting a bit old and I discovered upon hitting 70 that my paladin was not what I really enjoyed playing - I'm good at it, but honestly, I'm very disappointed in the state of the paladin, yet I hate to not use it for something. I had heard about Dual-boxing from Youtube WoW videos, so I decided to move my 70 pally over to a second account and healbot my warrior to 70. So far, it has worked really well, I run two different machines, one with each account, and have set up a basic /target Warrior /follow Warrior macro for the paladin.

Now my warrior is 64, specced DW Fury (insane dps) and I'm pondering PvP at 70. I realize that there would be some disadvantages going into a battleground with two characters, but my thought is that a free healer for following my warrior might be a bonus. The obvious issue (to me anyway) will be my pally getting CC'd or silenced. Here's where I'm puzzled - is there any way to force a distance on your follow command?

i.e.
/target Warrior
/follow Warrior 20 (as in 20 in-game yards) or some such

I figured I'd create macros for easy auto-targeting / healing on keypress
i.e.
/target Warrior (or /target Self)
/cast Flash of Light (Rank 9)

Anyway, do you guys have any thoughts or experience doing this? If I have success doing this, I was considering making my own 2v2 Arena team to farm points (doubtful I'll win, but hey, anything is possible if you're fighting undergeared noobs...)

I'd spec my Paladin heavy prot with some Holy so he wouldn't die so quickly, my warrior would be Arms. In AV I could probably pull off a Prot / Prot-holy combo for tanking Drek, but I'd rather be Arms...
