Upgrading for Expansion
Whos planning on Upgrading PC components when WOTLK comes out? I"m running 1 box with 5 copies.... i might just go get that 2nd beefy pc or just use the laptop i got now... cause i want to run atleast main toon on high settings to enjoy the goodness.
Next time i upgrade it will be to 5 PCs from the two i have now. So 3 more and two or 3 more montiors. Im sure ill have that done before WotLK comes out.

Eh.. hopefully Nehalem will be out about the time WotLK comes out. My next upgrade depends more on the availability of the new 45nm Intel architecture than WotLK. Possibly 8-core / 16GB memory.. 3 videocards & 3 monitors.

Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.
Best way I found to manage this for me is as follows
replace 1 PC every 6 months
this takes 2.5 years to replace all 5 pcs used for 5 boxing. I buy the middle of the line. this works great for me.
