Default Pitbull - Display only own party when in Raid?

Well, just that I can't find how to do it :/ I just want to only show my party and not all the raid groups. I'm only able to have all or nothing.

    Thank you in advance,
    Mortah

Default RE: Pitbull - Display only own party when in Raid?

It's on my to-do list to find out if and how it's possible,
I joined an AV last night to check the stability of my system and exactly that annoyed me.
    Real-Life is overrated,

SHIFT+RCLICK or ALT+RCLICK or whatever to bring up the configuration mode. It should show EVERY possible bar (focus, groups, raid groups, raid pets, raid targets, etc. etc.). Then just disable the ones you don't want to see.

Yes or even type /pitbull. The option show only party when in raid is simply not there or I cannot find it. As far as I was able to see, just raid on/off is possible and a lot of other costumization oc.

I'll see if I can figure out the steps to do this for you tonight. I know I did this on mine.

It's been a while, but I have mine setup that way for AV (so i only see my party healthbars)

    I think steps were:
uncheck the "hide party frames in raid" (general options or Party options if I recall)
disable raid bars display (if you don't want them)

Of course, you may not all end up in the same group in the raid and then the RL may not be obliging or could be a MB-hater and actually split you into separate groups!

There is another unit frame addon, the name of which escapes me for now, that allows you to create virtual groups by char-name, which would be ideal in Pitbull but, alas, it's not part of Pitbull

So, the best solution I've come up with is to filter the raid units to my current class... in Raid / Other / Grouping I set the Class Filter to Warlock or Shaman, as appropriate for the team I'm running.
Not ideal and, obviously, no good for a mixed group but it's the best solution I could come up with for raiding... until Pitbull gets virtual groups

    LOL...too easy.

    1. Type /pitbull
    2. Scroll down in the left pane and click on "Raid"
    3. In the right pane, check the "Disable" box.
    4. Repeat step 3 for the "Raid Pets" item.
    Voila!

FYI, this is what my UI looks like while in a raid. [edit] Oops...it's missing the big button just below the party/pet targets that's the TargetTarget box. :P

But what does that show if your 5-man group is split into (worst case scenario) 5 different raid parties?
Won't it show you and the 4 random guys in the raid party you end up in?
I know we have a good chance of being the RL by joining as a 5-man but it's not guaranteed and you might not be able to re-group your chars, which is why I went for my solution above?

I'd love to hear that Pitbull picks up the pre-raid party
