Don't think they will wine about that. The starting zone is in EP. So i can see if now, all the lvl 70s are going to camp that area in PvP server. The funny part is a rogue. As soon as you see a guy pop up cheap shot him and kill him... Welcome to being a death knight...lol

According to the beta information, DKs no longer spawn in the plagued lands. They're in the Ebon Hold now for DK training.
