They added an optional boss to Caverns of Time: Old Hillsbrad. There's a quest outside of Gadget to kill him (and get a white sombrero) and if you kill him on heroic he has a chance (or guarantee?) to drop his wolf pet.

Hint: be sure to drag him off of the road, adds is a bitch.
