Noob question about arena!

I am just curious how do you guys re-group our come back from a team that fears and cc's alot? Once I get feared in arena I am pretty much screwed and have a hard time getting my other toons back in the action.

Well spam on that /follow button once the fear ends, you'll need some way of breaking it quickly before your teammates get too far separated. Usually a trinket remedies this situation if you do not have any tremor totems.
