I shortly tried this

1. downloaded it
2. unpacked it
3. ran the WowVoiceBox.exe
4. got the msg that the program stopped working.
5. tried to start it a few more times, same msg.

running vista 32bit home premium

Yea i got the Same Problem aswell but with Vista 64bit Here is the Error Message
