If you're looking for a big "Your accounts are safe and you'll never be banned reply", you won't get one. Even though you've talked to Blizz staff before, you can still be banned at any time. I'd cut my losses, roll a few new toons on new, legitimate accounts. Boost them up fast to join my team and THEN start rep grinding.
