Class Composition -- A Dilemma

4x Warlocks, 1x Priest
4x Shaman, 1x Paladin
5x Hunter

Where do I recognize these classes from...?

Do what I do -- roll them all, play them until level 20 or so, then see which playstyle suits you the most.

The only "proven" class in arenas is Shaman, but that doesn't mean an inventive player won't find a way to make other classes work. 1x priest / 4x warlock was ALL the rage when I first started multiboxing -- in fact, shamans were scoffed at because they "had no aoe" and weren't thought to be as good as mages or locks in BGs. Now it's all about the shaman, but that doesn't mean that other classes are impossible -- if you're adventurous, go for your gut feeling and play the class/playstyle you like

As far as I know, I was the first person to roll 1x paladin / 4x shaman -- and look how popular it is now. Multiboxing is still in its infancy -- a whole world of opportunities is open to those who try.

Besides, at this point who knows what WoTLK will bring and which class combo will be "OP" in the expansion.
