4 Palys would be even worse micromangement.

If you are really serious about doing Heroics then 20/0/41 Spec on Druids would be the way forward. Four trees can pretty much outheal the boss and most trash til they bug out.

healing is fine but how are you planning to actually kill something with 4 trees?? cant really heal the boss to death

again shammies are probably the only class that can come closest but never saw 4maning a heroic regardless of class
