I was in 2/69 armor, 8th ID in Baumholder, Germany before they merged 8th ID with 3rd AD in '92.

I was 3/505 with the 82nd at Ft Bragg, NC - from 93 - 97

Then spent 5 years in the National Guard and Reserves while in college then after 9-11 got put on active duty for another year before I got out completely.
I mobilzied out of Ft Hood and spent a 1 year in Northen Afghanistan attached to the 10th Mountain - in 02

If i remmeber correctly the 3rd or 4th ID is at Hood now.
