Netherweave Cloth - What do you do with it?

I've got this stuff coming out my ears and I'm not really sure what to do with it. Auctioning it is almost pointless because people are selling it so close to the 15s that I can get per piece if I turn it in to heavy netherweave bandage and vendor it, that if you lose one deposit, you've made the wrong choice. I also have arcane dust out the whazoo so I've thought about bolts of imbued netherweave, though I have no idea how well they sell, but just thought I'd come here first for opinions. So what say you?

hand them to my tailor/chanter character to pump out imbued netherweave bags....11 per character goes through the cloth fairly quickly

I make netherweave bracers then DE them. Keeps my chanting mats full. If you already have Arcane dust, then check out the prices on the AH and see what makes you more money, the dust or the cloth.

Nah I make it into bags for friends, or craft it into items to de. Pretty easy constant income.

Here's what you do for *easy* guaranteed Large Prismatic Shards.
Send to the tailor, make bolts of netherweave.
Tailor Netherweave Pants. 6x Bolts of Netherweave (36 cloth) + 1 Rune Thread (~40s).
Disenchant Netherweave Pants for mats: 2-3 Arcane Dust ~64%, 1 Greater Planar Essense ~33%, 1 Large Prismatic Shard ~3%
Tailor Arcanoweave Bracers (BoP drop from Arcatraz Sentinel): 6x Bolts of Netherweave (36 cloth) + 12 Arcane Dust + 2 Rune Thread (~40s).
Disenchant Arcanoweave Bracers for mats: 1 Large Prismatic Shard 100%.

To make 1 Arcanoweave Bracers, you'll need around 8 Netherweave Pants disenchants + 6 more bolts of netherweave: a total of 324 cloth + 10 rune thread. So, you'll be on average, guaranteed 1 Large Prismatic Shard and 2-3 Greater Planar Essence for ~4g of rune thread & 324 cloth.

Use the extra Greater Planar Essence to make Imbued Netherweave Bags after you scrounge some Netherweb Spider Silk.

That's a pure conversion of just netherweave into a large pris. shards for the cost of a few rune thread. Sell shards for profit, or keep for enchanting.

You'll have to do the math on what will get you the most money for the price based on your server's AH prices.. here's a comparison of the mats:
324 cloth + 4g = 1 Large Prismatic Shard + 2-3 Greater Planar Essence
1 Imbued Netherweave Bag = 72 cloth + 2 Netherweb Spider Silk + 1 Greater Planar Essence

The slick part of this conversion using the Arcanoweave Bracers is the final result is Greater Planar Essence and Large Prismatic Shards.. which both sell for high prices and make good stacks. Better than carrying around 50 stacks of cloth/bolts.

Make the Netherweave Pants instead. It costs 2x the cloth, but the same ~40s price for Rune Thread.
In the long run, DE'ing Pants is better:
Pants have ~255% drop for Arcane Dust, Belts have ~185% Arcane Dust. Belt swill obviously give you more dust per cloth.
Pants have 33% drop for Greater Planar Essence (3x Lesser), Belts have ~55% Lesser Planar Essence. Pants easily give more Planar Essense per cloth.
Pants have ~3% drop for Large Prismatic Shard, Belt has ~3% drop for Small Prismatic Shard. This alone is a good enough reason to make Pants, unless you specifically need a small shard.

I thought about writing an add-on similar to Enchantrix, where it would scan the AH for average materials and final item prices, look at your recipes to see what you can make, then tell you the best path for maximum profit.. but someone may have already done this work.

That is nothing i have been doing scholo, the first room, and get 2 Formula: Enchant Weapon - Lifestealing almost each run. I have like 60 of them, i was only able to sell 5 of them for 125g after putting one up at a time for 2 weeks. It seems like no one is buying them have been going at 100g per 1, but only sold 2 in 1 week. So i am thinking about just selling the other 50 for 50g, and i am still grinding scholo for xp. Funny thing is i had so many that i went /2 and said 50 Formula: Enchant Weapon - Lifestealing for 300g. I got 20 whispers of botter and 10 whispers of reported... lol last time i do that

Haha.. why would you advertise you have more than just 2-3 anyway? Supply / Demand. If you have a bunch, people know you'll be willing to sell them at a discount since they take up so much space. I personally would have just said "Formula:LS for sale, 80g.. 20g cheaper than average AH price." and sell to all 25 whispers that come in. I'll take that stack of gold over the wasted space in my inventory any day.

I know it was late though like 11 server so not that many people said anything. Might do that today and just be like wts for 90g or something. I gave them to all my friends online that had enchanting. Everytime i get one just lol.

Of course, you need an enchanter with the pattern, but it's the cheapest way to get LPS.
