If your last name matches, and you can prove that the first name on the account is indeed your legal middle name, Blizzard is likely to believe you.Originally Posted by 'Talamarr',index.php?page=Thread&postID=85918#post 85918
The people who have little to no hope of success from using false names are the ones who can't prove that the name is, indeed, false. Such as "Joe Smith" -- Blizzard isn't going to assume that you own Joe Smith's account just because you say so. But if, for example, you used "Santa Claus", they might just roll their eyes and accomodate you.
Regardless, make sure not to use fake names in the future. The EULA/ToU clearly states that if you do not use REAL personal information the terms/eula is considered null and void and Blizzard does not have to honor their half of it (providing access to the WoW servers).
