I only have one in my 4 shaman. Got it out of over 40 SP Heroic runs but I really wanted to know what do you think is the best.
Remember seeing a post about this but I wasn't able to find it so sorry for that.

I wonder why, for example you don't use QE in PvP and BA instead. Is it the +1750hp gain? Because surely not the +10 sd.

Apparently the proc rate of QE is enormous and when it occurs LB becomes of a casting time of 1.25.

Some round numbers to think about:
LB - 1000 damage (constant for the sakes of the exercise )
In 6s (time the proc lasts) it'll do with BA - 4188 damage
With QE same time and proccing (oc) - 4978 damage

As a Warlock in 2v2 2k+ , QE was the standard before the new badges came out. At first I was skeptical, but after using the badges, I would say it is a must for 2v2, 3v3.

For 5v5 though, I could not find the use for it. I would say only select classes would need it (those who would be the burn down first).



Now if you are just takling about regular battlegrounds and not arena, then don't waste the honor/badges on the BA.

I already have them all since I grind honor pretty fast and badges too. My other trinket is silver crescent or the latest Medallion of the Horde.

QE proc is random, so it will throw off your group's timing, staggering your team's casts. Click-to-use +spell damage is more reliable burst.

sorry about that. BA for 2v2, 3v3, and couldn't find a use for BA in 5v5.

ButI would have to agree with the above poster. I used QE ecause I was alone and it worked on drain spells (mana drain).
