Default Top 10 worst things about 'boxing

Okay, some of these may not apply to everyone, but this is a general list of the negative aspects of multiboxing:

    10. Makes solo boring - Tried to play a character solo after multiboxing for a while? Yep, it sucks.
    9. Addiction - Hey it's Saturday and 1pm, lets play my multiboxing team! Hey it's now Saturday and it's 8pm, I still need to eat dinner!
    8. Always being tempted - What would this team be like? What if I created this team and tried this....how would this work? I'm always tempted to try different groups.
    7. The cost - May not apply to those with deep pockets, or those who know how to work the WoW economy. 5x WoW = higher electricity bills, 5 subs, more computer hardware and/or peripherals. 5x toons = 5x mounts to buy, 5x characters that need bags.
    6. Harder than it looks - You sat there and watched that Ellay video and was like "cool, let me hop right in". Several hours later you're STILL setting up your UI's and dealing with macro issues, dealing with fearbombs, figuring out what to do when your "main" dies.
    5. Living up to the hype - You enter a random bg, and see "Omg multiboxers, we're gonna win!" Everyone follows you expecting you to decimate the entire instance because they watched Ellay's video on warcraftmovies.com.
    4. Living in fear! - Always wondering if Blizz will nerf multiboxers to the point where we can't do it anymore. Always wondering if Keyclone will get you banned. (doesn't bother me, but I see this ALOT).
    3. Time to setup - Stated before, I don't know about you guys but it takes FOREVER to setup new chars. I gotta setup their ui's, setup the assist/follow macros, figure out what I want to name them, buy them bags, figure out their talent specs....etc. Could be just me....luckily bongos and trinity have a profile you can save/load.
    2. The attention - You'll find people following you alot, asking questions, making remarks. People in bg's will bother you. You may get praised alot, or spat on. But after a while it gets annoying and you wind up having to ignore it all - even the nice people.
    1. The noobs/morons/aholes - All the morons that say we're hacking, all the noobs who can't seem to figure out how we do it. As if it's some grand mystery. I mean seriously, how hard is to google? YES we need 5 accounts, YES we pay for 5 accounts, NO it's not hacking, NO I will not run you through an instance, NO I will not be selling the accounts. The same frickin questions over and over and over. QQers on the forums that try to get us banned because they were hit by 5x chain lightning. As if it's hard to find 4 other shamans and do the same thing while coordinating on vent. People that say we ruin the game. People that think we're botting. It's like Blizzard needs a mandatory Intelligence Quotient test when signing up for an account.

Of course, all these negatives are far outweighed by the results. Feel free to add more.

Especially since my first tauren characters were a multibox team.. EVERYTHING in the tauren starting areas is a collection quest. :/

    I'd pay money to join a server with a mandatory IQ+maturity interview+test.

The most annoything shit.. worse than the "WTF HAXX BOTT" people.. are the passive-aggressive ones like last night:
Whisper from mr-noname:: why do you waste our time with that addon?
Reply to mr-noname:: which one? i'm using around 40 addons.
Whisper from mr-noname:: i think you know which one
Reply to mr-noname:: www.dual-boxing.com - forums there explain everything.
    /ignore mr-noname
    Ex-WoW 5-boxer.
    Currently playing:
    Akama [Empire of Orlando]
    Zandantilus - 85 Shaman, Teebow - 85 Paladin, Kodex - 85 Rogue.

Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.

    For me:
#1 - Alliance doorways with their little lips that the following 1-2 chars get caught on.
#2 - towers and their ramps that people love to fall down off of.
#3 - collection quests that lead to other quests that have good items.
#4 - fearbombs just after using the beast within.

#1 Macros for me... I just installed Trinity 2 and so I had to redo all my macros... Which is a good thing, because I now have more space to make bigger macros... What I didn't know was... Wow... I have alot.... of macros.. Redoing them all into Trinity was painful.. I spent about 2 hours .. just retyping them all... 8| I also didn't know how complex some of my macros were...
