    Default Good Action Bar Mod

    I have a Merc Stealth Keyboard along with an X-keys Pro. I am trying to have my UI so that I have the X-Keys layout showing on the UI. I originally had bongos2 but when 3 was released I decided to change and lok into what was around, since b2 wasnt upgradeable. I found Trinity 3 and thought it was great, it did everything I needed, until now.

    For some reason the Keybindings functions are broken and regardless of which button I hover over, it always binds to action1. It also bugs out bringing up the UI for key bindings.

    So I though it was time to change. I looked at Bartender 3, but the 10 action bar limit was not suitable. Next on the List was Bongos3. This looked great until I noticed Tuller would not be working on it anymore.

    Can anyone suggest a good Action Bar Mod?

    Well, you pretty much mentioned all the bars around .. except for Dominos, which is what Tuller is working on now .. Same as Bartender, tho .. 10 bars limit. Anyhow, even though Bongos isn't updated, it's still working and might be working for a long time, I don't see a reason not to keep using it. If that doesn't fit you, I would try to get Trinity working. I assume you mean Trinity 2 and not 3 - if not I am unaware of a version 3 ;-).

    Try delete your Trinity folder, and the it's SavedVariables ..

    (wow -> wtf -> account -> (accountname) -> savedvariables -> trinity files)

    and since I am not a trinity user myself (I stick with Dominos), I am unaware of possible character specific options, if so, you'd also have to go to .. and delete those.

    (wow -> wtf -> account -> (accountname) -> (servername) -> (character(s)) -> savedvariables -> trinity files)

    From there you'd have to start all over, all settings should be default and hopefully you won't have the keybinding problem. This might not work at all and could therefore be another addon interacting with Trinity. I would then suggest you to write a comment on wowinterface -> trinity 2, explaining your problem. People tend to find fast solutions

    Yeah, I did mean Trinity2, I have been looking at so many actionbar mods im getting confused.

    I trashed all my save variables so I could start fresh. I like Bongos3 I just get sick of redoing my UI all the time. I think I will use it and cross my fingers it doesnt break with WotLK or any other patches.

    I'm still using Bongos2, but is there a reason it won't work for your purpose?
    I had planned on doing the same thing - lay out the action buttons based on the X-Keys I purchase, and there are plenty of bars to accomplish this.. since you'll only need 7 for the X-Keys Pro - just leave blank buttons for the space between keys, and space the top two rows a little away from the bottom 3 button groups.
    That's still 3 more bars available for the rest of your commands.. is 10 bars not enough?
    Ex-WoW 5-boxer.
    Currently playing:
    Akama [Empire of Orlando]
    Zandantilus - 85 Shaman, Teebow - 85 Paladin, Kodex - 85 Rogue.

    Definitely going to 4-box Diablo 3 after testing the beta for how well this would work.

    I think Bongos3 (or 2) is a great mod, the only issue I have is the author has stopped development on it. We all know how quickly Mods break when Expacs (patches) come out....
