Octopus and Windowed Mode

ive been searching the forums and cannot seem to find an answer for this question

How do I get Octopus to start WoW screens in Windowed Mode?

The maximizers seem to override what ever initial settings i have set, and i cant seem to find away around this. Could anyone please help? I happened upon a link to a thread about the config.wtf file. Is this what i need to edit? If so, how do I do it to make my WoW windows come up to default windowed mode sizes?

auto GxResolution will set the gxResolution that is all.
