Maximizer problem (1 pixel gates, or 1 pixel window in window)

first, please make sure you are on v1.8k

assuming you are... it looks as if the height of the top region is not the same as the others. please check your maximizer layout and verify the dimensions. also, please make sure to UNCHECK the snap-to-grid, as it can 'round' your regions
