    Default "Limiting FPS when application is in background"-issue

    After installing Keyclone, testing it and setting the background World of Warcraft window to be limited to 15 FPS; After I stop Keyclone, my WoW still goes back to 15 FPS when it's not the front application. What have Keyclone changed on my system and how do I remove the limit?
