Need help with BC instances

I've tried Ramps, Blood Furnace, Underbog, Slave Pens, Mana Tombs, and Durnholde.

Only one I can clear is Ramps. Blood Furnace I cannot get past the part with all the mines. And the rest, I can do 2 pulls easily, but 3+ mobs my pet start to die fast.

If there's an outland instance with dominantly cloth in it, then it would be much easier. Can anyone recommend some other BC instances to try? I'm level 67, but very close to 68. 4 hunters.
