***Just got my 5 accounts, 2 boxed before, need tips/help with keys***

Hello,

I 2 boxed before and i fully know how keyclone works.
I just got my last 4 accounts, and im about to create my 1pala-4shaman team.
Anyone got a list of recommended levels for dungeons? Like lvl 14 go RFC, and does anyone got any very usefull macro's for 1 paladin - 4 shaman.
And how do i sort my spells with 2 classes? Just click my paladin spells and press 1 for attack, 2 for lightning bolt etc.?
I also got a G15 logitech gaming keyboard, anything usefull there? With the keys on the side for example?
