This is so true, my Hunters went from 0-61 ultra fast, with Season 4 out now though I had to put them on the shelf.

Wow! That is fast, for me anyways... Congrats.

Well not really a secret, but I take everyquest in a town. I finish all these quests before returning to turn them in. No back and forth just solid questing. Only did 4 runs of SM - didnt worry about instances as they dont give alot of exp compared to quest turn-ins after 20. Mostly its just about a getting a rhythm and doing as many quests as you can. On top of leveling they are all at 250 or near in Tradeskills. So they are going to be pretty well rounded by the time they hit Outlands.
You are right about needing to know locations though. If you are new to a zone / faction then it will take longer. Just make sure you dont go searching for the quest before looking it up. If you dont know anything about the quest look it up before you leave town. Use Lightheaded and it will save you alot of time alt tabbing. Since it gives locs and where/who.
Besides that its just about staying out there and even doing collections!!!!!!!!!!! :cursing:
I'll try to list a zone guide of where to go at what lvls and etc. Give me a little bit to work it up.
I had a funny moment with the alliace the other day...
I was taking my trio of Hunters to BFD and on the run from Zoram Strand to BFD I ran across a group of 5 alliance players also headed for BFD. I froze and checked them over. I was 2 levels higher than their highest and felt that I had a fair chance with my 3 + pets. Their warrior did a battle shout and moved towards me while the casters backed up a little. It was basically prepping for a battle. I had a weird idea. I got into formation and /bow'ed to them. It seemed to stop all 5 of them in their tracks and they starred. Then I did /dance. Next thing I see is one of them laughing and then /dancing too. All of them start dancing and laughing.
I went unscaythed and so did they. Not a typical encounter on a PvP server, but interesting at least.

may i suggest looking here for how to get levels as Oat says, Jame uses the same philosophy that the more quest you turn in at once the more efficient you are....sort of a duh there, but sometimes even stupid saying need to be said.
Torm...
I've found so far on Mag that it be quicker to grind instances than quest due to the ganking factor. Dustwallow was fine but Tarren Mills was a tremendous waste of time. Your mileage may vary.

I rolled these guys to do instances and pvp on a pvp server, but I just love doing these instances and getting all the gear for the guys even though they will outgrow it as I level up. I really don't care how long it takes to level up. I get about a level a day of instancing, just ding'd 35 last night in the SM Library. All the guys have Doans robes, shoulders, blades and staffs. I love the reaction I get when people look at them and go wtf, they all have the same gear, what program are you using to clone them like that? Can you make me one? etc lol.. Sometimes I mess with them, sometimes I give a straight answer, depending on their attitude. I also get to level up all the profs as I go. I'm in no rush to level. I'm just having a great time doing this, one day at a time![]()
