According to OUR official blizzard terms of use/eula, support forums, and the customer service forums (Thanks [url='http://www.dual-boxing.com/forums/index.php?page=Thread&postID=81588#post81588']BinaryZero[/url] for posting it) -- this is not the case.
You will want to take a look at the Community Guidelines to review our policy on discussions that encourage breaking the rules. In short, they are not allowed.
