I agree that I disagree with the wife bit but you are wrong. I am also in Texas, try having your wife get information from your doctor about you. If they are HIPPA compliant, unless you sign a release, your wife will not get anything. If she does the doctor is breaking the law and you can go after them. Even if you are "one" there are also other things you can not do for each other as well.
I am one of those who bought the game for the wife and set it up for her in my name (because I didn't read the TUA almost 3 years ago) and am trying to get it fixed now with out losing any accounts.
Now in all honesty if you REALLY REALLY wanted to challenge it you could take them to court over it. My guess is they probably have you "out lawyered" and it will take a while to get it settled. It would probably be faster to level up new toons and be cheaper to buy new copies of the game.
