Is this legal? (not multiboxing.. but the way i do it)

So personally i dont actually own all 3 accounts, rather i multibox but on my GF's and Best friends account that both play. I know i am going to be under the spot light if i continue but i do not want to get their accounts banned as well, Should i continue is there anyway i can continue?

I was thinking i change some info, but i want this to be legal so i dont have to worry about it,

Not to mention use the recruit a friend on the WOW website and get 1 month free game time on your main toon.

There are a couple of ways of creating accounts online

Create Trial account -> convert to full account -> upgrade to tBC (u get 10 days + 1 month free game time)
Recruit a friend (recruit urself) -> convert to full account -> upgrade to tBC (u get 1 free month on your current account, not sure about the new one)
