My bet is this GM doesn't like multiboxing any more than the guy petitioning and relates it to botting... hence he slipped his verbage while reciting what he's required to recite.

While I was a Guide for Everquest I quoted chapter and verse of policy I didn't agree with... it's just not good customer service (or professionalism) to engage in a discussion about company policy when it's not your job to set it.

hmm I dunno. I don't think he dislikes or likes it. the second half may have been a little unprofessional but I have to hand it to him for sticking up for his company. When someone blurts out unsupported crap like that guy was.

I love how they use "Vast Majority" when in fact only a fraction of the WoW population that do acctually write on the forums dislike it.

Exactly. Most people on the forums don't realize that they're vocal community is such a small subset of the subscribers. So it's funny when they claim, "a majority of customers" don't like something.
