Default 4 accounts, how many game copies?

If i have one world of warcraft box and 1 burning cursade box and 1 account from the boxes, i'm single boxing. Is there a way to create 3 other accounts without having to purchase the games again? Is there a way to just buy a license on worldofwarcraft.com? It seems like a waste to have to buy all those cds again.

yeah you can buy accounts on the WoW website but there a 3+ day pending period where you are restricted from group invite and trading

so its not the best option if you wana multibox straight away

What I did was send myself a "Recruit a Friend" promo thingy and started a trial account w/the key from the promo (I get 30 days free on my main account for recruiting).

Then I got on the phone w/Blizzard Billing and upgraded the account. No wait times on Grouping or whatever, played like a normal account after the phone call. Also got 30 days free on my old account.....

EDOT: oh yeah, Blizzards online upgrade for Trial accounts is really buggy, thats why I phoned them.

I was in a similar position when I wanted to start multiboxing. I didn't want to actually go out and buy the games at retail price from a local retail store, so I search online and purchased CD Keys, both for WoW and BC. I'm not saying I wanted to steal them or anything, I just figured I could probably get them cheaper from somewhere online, and I actually ended up saving a lot more money. I also do the same when purchasing 60-day prepaid game cards for each account, and again, I save a lot more money that way.

So, I have purchased my original copy and had it installed, then I just copied the World of Warcraft folder 3 more times and activated new accounts by using new CD Keys which were legit. No sense in wasting instillation CD's.

EDIT: I want to clarify why I chose to buy CD Keys online. I used to play World of Warcraft when it came out, but then stopped when I hit 60 and then Burning Crusade came out. BC was $40 when it came out, and WoW was $20.00 - so, I went to Walmart and bought both when I found out my younger brother started playing again. I get the games home, and nothing but their manuals were in there. So, I had wasted over $60.00. When I went back to Walmart, they couldn't do anything for me, and refused to give me new copies, and refused to give me my money back. I ended up attempting to play again months later after playing Guild Wars (and disliking it), when Amazon.com was having a sale on WoW Battlechests.

I've sent you a PM, because I am not 100% knowledgeable of this forums rules on advertising other merchant websites.

That's why you should, as a rule of thumb, open cd's, software and small expensive electronics at the store in front of someone just after you bought it if you can't physically see the item in them. I've see more than a few times where friends have done exactly that in the large city stores and hard drives were missing from boxes, video games were empty, wrong tv in a box (???? never figured that one out....)

Actually, I was in quick need of a Gamecard one time, I bought four, and forgot to buy a fifth. So I headed to Walmart and I asked if I could open it, or look into it before I made my purchase. They gave me a blunt "No." No reason, just "no."

I ended up buying one online that night anyways.
