Current set up... frame rate is teh lose.

Hey there DB community!

I have been playing with multi boxing a lot lately on my new system which is a huge step up from my old 8600gt intel E2100 (2x2.13) system. But I seem to be getting terrible frame rates multi boxing on this rig compared to my older system. Does anybody have any clue as to why this would be happening?

Intel Xeon 3110 64bit Dual Core (2x 3.0Ghz, 1333FSB, 6MB Cache)
OCZ OCZ2G8004GK PC6400 800Mhz 4GB Kit (2x2GB, 5-5-5-15)
Asus P5N-E SLI (Nvidia nForce 650i, 1333FSB, Dual Channel, Dual PCI-E, Quad Core, ATX)
eVGA Geforce 9800GTX 512MB HDTV(Nvidia,16x PCI-E w/ TV-Out, Dual DVI, DirectX 10)
Thermaltake M9 Chasis.
Coolermaster 600w PSU
3x Seagate 500GB hdds (32 mb cache).
2x LG dvd burners.
Samsung 245BW 24" Widescreen Monitor x2.
Vista Ult. 64 bit.

i Actually have the same set up from you besides the 3 hard drives and 2 burners.

it might be a problem with vista ultimate cause i can only get about 30 frames in shatt . i play windowed mode and in instances only get around 20 fps .
