Hmm... I would think it'd be better to rotate your shocks in pvp.Originally Posted by 'Talos',index.php?page=Thread&postID=79101#post791 01
6 second cooldown on a shock. That means no more spell interruption for 6 seconds... where as if you rotated your shocks across your characters... that would allow you to pretty much interrupt non-stop. Same thing with frost shock... if you rotated it.. that druid running away and shape-shifting out of "slow" would basically be stuck.
Somewhat same reason to only cast 1 flame shock... once you cast flame shock.. you're unable to shock for 6 seconds... 1 shock will keep the rogue out of invisibility just as well as 5 will.... but if you're attacked by multiple enemies (BG/Arena)... it would be better for you to have your shocks available for utility.
Just a thought. I haven't really had a chance to do any group vs group pvp... but just thinking about it... feels like it made sense to me. My macros will look something like this...
Toon1:
/castsequence reset = 6 [target=focustarget, nodead, harm] frost shock, , , ,
toon2:
/castsequence reset = 6, [target=focustarget, nodead, harm] frost shock , ,
toon3:
/castsequence reset = 6, , [target=focustarget, nodead, harm] frost shock ,
toon4
/castsequence reset = 6, , ,[target=focustarget, nodead, harm] frost shock
That should allow you to frost shock pretty much nonstop.
