What I haven't figured, is why one person would believe they can change Blizzard's policies, by talking to a GM, about the equivalent of level 2 customer support, when this is an issue that has hit the public forums and there are clear Blizzard replies to it. A Blizzard rep may have been able to sneak a favorable opinion of multi-boxing into the customer service forums early on, but I have issues believing there is no internal oversight of all "blue" comments.
Since the Blizzard login servers are down, I'll pass on an outline for a multi-boxing response to these types of post. While I admit it would be hilarious if we all started being as annoying as these folk, I'd much rather just bother them in the game. Either way, feel free to make use of this in all your replies on the Blizzard forums. If I could be bothered, I might try to get a GM conversation screenshot of Blizzard being evil as they shot down my lone request to get rid of annoying people.

- Multi-boxing is a right.
It specifically is not disallowed by the Blizzard Terms of Use.
- People that abuse multi-boxers should be banned from the game.
People that complain about multi-boxing take up my valuable time. I am only one player but have to respond to whispers and abuse on five accounts. It isn't fair that one person can abuse five accounts. Blizzard isn't doing anything about removing these players from the game as everyday I see more harassment.
- People that don't multi-box should be banned from the game as they have an unfair advantage
It isn't fair that people who play only one account can more easily take advantage of all of a classes abilities then a multi-boxer can. I am a good player, but five good players, using their classes ability, can completely murder my team. It isn't fair that five people can kill one person.
It isn't fair that someone controlling one account can move in more ways then a multi-boxer can. Since I only have tools like "/follow" to move my characters I am more succeptable to area of effect attacks as I all five accounts are clumped together. Other players do things like move and try to get behind me. These people are abusing the line of sight system to prevent me from casting my spells and melee attacks. I really think these people are running some type of hack and Blizzard just doesn't care.
It is obvious that Blizzard doesn't care about multi-boxers, if they don't fix these problems I am going to leave the game.

As a passing comment, if only the annoying people who complain about multiboxing and all the other unfairness in the would would live up to their threat of leaving Warcraft.
