Quick question about a quest.

Hello this is my first post, im leveling 1 Paladin and 4 Shamans on Burning Blade.
My question is what was that quest you could have spawn like water elementals and kill them, then reset and do it all over again? Xzin mentioned it a ways back and i cant find the post for the life of me, i searched as hard as i could lol.
