Personally I think you made a good choice, Ellay. As if it weren't hard enough to get the top teams to queue up, at the end of the season I think that the teams on the borderline of glad do make a push, but most of the teams that surely earned the glad already are just sitting on their rating. Arena Junkies isn't always too accurate, espcially when compensating for the last minute pushes people make, so I feel you got enough rating to comfortably decide to stop and collect your glad title.

There's always next season if you want to make a serious push. If I were you I'd collect my glad title for S3, though, rather than risk dropping. (at that rating, I think 2 losses would have dropped you far enough to loes glad title. Possibly just 1 loss if the push ups the bar.) In season 2 Arena Junkies said gladiator for 2v2's was 2260 rating, so I pushed for 2300 and ended at 2297. The cutoff for glad ended up actually being 2290, so I barely inked by.

Ellay, i was looking at your build, what is the reasoning behind no totems of wrath?

I switched my 5 shammies to have Nature's Swiftness too and it's awesome for BG's, instant 5 critting Chain Lightnings + trinket power. Plus many times when I get the other side up on me I'm dropping magma totems anyway so no wraths. I miss them though and when I go back to doing dungeons I'm respeccing to have wraths.

ToW > standard sustained DPS > NS

    ToW < Resilience
    NS > Resilience

    What is better for PvP?

    ToW < Resilience < NS

Totem of wrath helps for shaman mana/longevity and for sustained DPS. However, PvP isn't about sustained dps -- it's about burst -- and it comes with resilience, which lowers the amount of added dps a ToW brings.
When you start stacking elemental shaman, it's your choice. Just remember that your NS can also be used for an emergency heal if it hasn't already been used for burst damage.

I've seen theorycraft on stacked ToW in PvP I just haven't heard much else after that. I think the fact that it takes up a spot that you could use for fire nova totems on melee or searing for minor pressure is another downside, sadly.

As a solo shaman prior to multiboxing, I can say that ToW is not very appreciated by the shaman community. :P Sucky 41-pointer.

Yeah, i had thought of the fact that even if you threw up TOW you would drop it 10 seconds later for nova's anyway.. i will prolly respec like that when i hit 70 and start my pvp dominance!

I respec my shamans allmost every week.

I use 41/0/20 when raiding and 40/0/21 when I'm pvping. There is also a few other talents I would switch out when I do pve. Like imp. reinc, manaregen etc.

    But Ellay:

    How did it go?

ToW cannot compare to NS in pvp. Theorycrafting aside, there is just too much tactical value in 3( in my case) or 4 (in aellie's case) instant-cast chain lightnings or lightning bolts simultaneously shooting at the enemy.
