chatting is pretty simple. there is an override hotkey (default is PAUSE) you can set that, when activated, will stop keyclone from passing any keys. so.. when you want to chat... you'd hit PAUSE ... chat normally... then PAUSE again to toggle keyclone back on.

there is a moveable popup box that will remind you that keyclone is in override.
there is also an audio reminder you can enable under settings (this has saved me a few times)
